2010-2013 PROGRAM CHANGE EFFECTIVE SPRING 2018 SEASON

The 2013-2014 Division will be a clinic-style program. Players will sign up for one weekly training session. Players will not be assigned to teams and will be separated into groups each week based on skill/ability. Games days will be on Saturdays, from 8:30am to 11:00am . Trainings/Games will be held over a 10-week period and will start March 11th (3/11) and conclude in June 1st (6/1). No games Easter weekend or Memorial Day weekend. The game schedule is as follows:

Forms of Payment Include:  Personal Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order.  All checks must be made payable to ’OVYSL’.  NO CASH will be accepted.  When registering online, only Credit Cards are accepted.

A $20.00 Return Check Fee is applied to all checks that are returned to OVYSL. Returned checks must be re-issued to OVYSL in the form of a Money Order or a Cashiers Check.

 

Deadlines and Program Dates for U10-U14 Age Groups:

 **Play Thru Practice and Game Dates may vary slightly***

January 15th, 2019:  Recreation Registration Opens.

February 28th, 2019:  Deadline to submit online or mail-in registration without a late fee.

March 1st, 2019:  Online and mail-in registration remains open with an applicable $45.00 late fee.  

       March 8th, 2019:  Online and mail-in registration remains open with an applicable $75.00 late fee.                                    (does not apply to Play Through)

2009-2010 Players that register on or after this date are not guaranteed to be placed on a team roster, as team rosters may already have filled to capacity based on OVYSL’s First Come-First Serve Policy. 

2011-2014 registration will be limited to 16 players per training day/time.  Once a particular date/time is full, we will close that registration. 

Play Thru rosters (for age groups '05-'08) will close when they reach their maximum capacity.  Play Thru rosters, for any of the age groups, can be at maximum capacity (and therefore closed), even when online registration remains open.  Therefore it is important to register early on.

March 14th, 2019:  Online registration system CLOSES at 11:59 PM for all age groups except U6 and will not accept any registrations after this date.  A Wait List will open after this date. U6 age group will remain open until all sessions are full.

 

2005-2010 Teams Only

March 1st, 2019:  Coaches will have received team rosters.

March 7th, 2019:  Coaches are expected to have contacted all players on their team roster.

Week of March 11, 2019:  Practices can begin, although each coach determines their team’s actual practice start date.

March 30th, 2019:  Season games begin.

June 1st, 2019:  Season games end.
