| All Comp and Select teams are
required to track their team expenses and report them in summary form to the
Orchard Valley Board of Directors using the
Statement of Receipts and Distributions form. |

should be used whenever a non-registered player
seeks a tryout within Orchard Valley. |

OVYSL Scholarship Form: Each team is
allowed a maximum of two scholarships per season.
These scholarships are available for families that are considered "hardship"
cases that have trouble paying the Fall registration fees.
Applicants are asked to fill in the attached form
and submit a check for $75. The league covers the
rest of their registration fees. The team coach/manager is
responsible for using his/her discretion as to who
requires financial assistance and subsequently
submitting the
scholarship form to the league. |
