No one is to have a key or combination to any gates or fields except at P.A. Walsh.  (It may be necessary to pass out a key/combination to coaches to facilitate foot traffic and auto traffic away from the CDC daycare center.  Port-a-Potty companies will also need access to the P.A. Walsh gate.  No one other than the Field Security Coordinator and Fields/Equipment Coordinator will have a key to storage shed or goals.

If a key or combination is given to any other person, the person releasing same will be immediately removed as a coach and/or board member.

Coaches wishing to use goals for practices/games should contact Field Security Coordinator two days in advance.

Coaches will be responsible for setting up goals and stowing them in a secure manner.  Field Security Coordinator will make sure goals have been properly secured.
